Boston is my home town, my adopted city, the catalyst and inspiration for my work.

Yesterday, Boston showed to the world the qualities which drew me to her. Thousands of Bostonians opened their homes to complete strangers. Thousands offered their blood to help the victims. And with each act of kindness, their only thoughts were, “what more can I do?” Boston was not torn apart by this senseless act, it was united.

In winter, Boston can be a cold, austere place, but its people are ever warm and generous.
