<img title="Tony Impieri" src="http://tom-weston.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/tony_impieri.jpg" alt=Tony Impieri"" />

The man who supplied the great narration for There be Monsters!, the one and only Tony Impieri, once again steps up the microphone for Dancing Daisy Day.

One of the most important choices I had to make in bringing There be Monsters! to the screen was in my choice of an actor to play The Narrator. I knew that the narration would set the tone for the whole project – the style, the characters, the sets, the camera movements, the music – they were all captive to the narration. So when I heard Tony’s narration, I considered myself to be one very fortunate director. And others agreed.

So to bring Tony back for Dancing Daisy Day was a no-brainer. In fact, Tony is even more important to this project, because when I wrote the story, Tony’s interpretation of the narrator had become my interpretation.

Tony Impieri has been a voice actor for more than 2 decades, voicing literally thousands of radio and television commercials, as well as e-learning and corporate projects. From Ace Hardware . . . to Zimbrick BMW . . . and every “letter” in-between, companies around the world rely on Tony for what he brings to their projects . . . honesty and sincerity both on and off the mic.

For 25 years he has been doing what he loves best . . . breathing life to the written word.

Thanks, Tony, for returning to work with us on Dancing Daisy Day.

Boston is my home town, my adopted city, the catalyst and inspiration for my work.

Yesterday, Boston showed to the world the qualities which drew me to her. Thousands of Bostonians opened their homes to complete strangers. Thousands offered their blood to help the victims. And with each act of kindness, their only thoughts were, “what more can I do?” Boston was not torn apart by this senseless act, it was united.

In winter, Boston can be a cold, austere place, but its people are ever warm and generous.
